摘要
区域物流是区域经济的重要组成部分,区域经济的发展为物流的发展提供
良好的基础设施条件,有利于增加物流需求,促进物流发展。区域经济一体化
能使区域内和区域间的物流趋向合理,适应产业结构的合理布局,从而降低物
流成本,提高经济效率,改善投资环境,解决就业压力,改变经济增长方式,
促进区域物流发展。区域物流的发展有利于加强区域间分工与合作,促进区域
经济的协调发展。
本文以苏州市为研究对象,从区域经济理论和区域物流理论入手,采用定
性分析与定量分析相结合,重点阐述苏州经济与物流之间的互动关系,分析苏
州市物流发展对经济的弹性以及贡献度,指出物流是经济发展的重要组成部分。
本文采用非线性回归模型,研究了苏州市经济发展对物流需求的影响,指出经
济的发展对物流也存在着促进作用。
本文将苏州物流与苏南其他城市相比较,参考相关文献确定的因素权重,
利用功能定位模型,确定了苏州在苏南四大城市物流体系中的区域功能定位,
并采用 SWOT 分析法研究了苏州物流的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,并针对苏州
物流在发展中存在的问题提出了相关的改革建议。

ABSTRACT
Regional Logistics is an ponent of the economy, regional
economic integration within the region and enable inter-regional logistics tend to be
reasonable, to the rational distribution of the industrial structure, thereby reducing
logistics costs and improve economic efficiency, and improve the investment
environment, to solve the employment pressure and change the mode of economic
growth, the promotion of regional development of the logistics industry. Regional
Logistics development is conducive to strengthening inter-regional division of labor
and cooperation, and promoting the coordinated development of regional economy.
While regional economic development for the development of logistics to provide a
good infrastructure conditions, the demand for more logistics to promote the
development of logistics.
This paper use Suzhou City as the research object, from a regional economic
theory and regional logistics start with the theory, using qualitative analysis and
quantitative bined focus on the logistics of Suzhou and Suzhou
economic interaction between analysis on the development of the logistics industry
in Suzhou City, the flexibility and economic contribution, Suzhou Logistics is thus
that Suzhou's economic development an important part. On the other hand, this paper
