摘要
改革开放以来,我国中小民营企业迅速崛起,已经成为国民经济中不可忽视的
一支重要力量,而中小高新技术民营企业更以其独特的技术背景在各中小民营企业
中独占鳌头。但在中小高新民营中小企业自身壮大的过程中,资金短缺,融资困难
却成为制约他们进一步发展的重要因素。在此背景下,研究和解决我国中小高新技
术民营企业融资问题就具有更加重要的现实意义。
本文首先分析了我国中小高新民营企业的特征、融资现状以及我国中小高新民
营企业融资困难的原因,其次对高新技术民营企业融资的一般方式,包括金融机构
融资、天使投资融资与风险投资融资、基金融资、票据融资、融资租赁、上市融资、
债券融资的特征、方式、程序、优劣等进行了比较分析,提出了我国中小高新民营
企业可行的融资方法。最后,以武汉金萌光机电技术有限公司为案例,结合该公司
的实际情况,确定了该公司的融资规模,并对各种融资方式进行了比较和选择,最
终制定了该公司的融资方案。
企业的发展一般要经历创业期、发展期、成熟期、衰退期四个企业生命周期阶
段。创业期一般是购买设备、开始创业的阶段,武汉金萌光机电技术有限公司正是
处于创业期的企业。根据这个特点,本文最终得出了武汉金萌光机电技术有限公司
可能的融资方式:银行融资、天使投资融资、风险投资融资、融资租赁、创新基金。

Abstract
Thanks to China's reform and opening up to the outside world, small and
medium-side private enterprises in China is developing rapidly, and has e a
significant force in the country’s national economic development. At the same time Small
and Medium-sized High-tech Private Enterprises in China has been the most important
enterprises under the unique background of technology. But in the growing process of
Small and Medium-sized High-tech Private Enterprises in China, capital shortage,
financial difficulties e an important factor which affects the further development of
the enterprises. Against this background, it seemed to be more significant to study and
resolve the problems about the financing difficulties in Medium-sized High-tech Private
Enterprises in China.
This paper firstly analysises the features, financial status of Small and Medium-sized
High-tech Private Enterprises in China, and the reasons why the finance of Small and
Medium-sized High-tech Private Enterprises in China is so difficult. So how to solve the
financing problem of Small and Medium-sized High-tech Private Enterprises in china
have e naturally the main issue in this article. Then by introducing the ways of
