同济大学硕士学位论文罗店中心镇环境卫生专业规划姓名:金舜申请学位级别:硕士专业:环境工程指导教师:俞国平;吴树春 20050301 摘要环境卫生专业规划是城镇生态环境规划的一项重要内容,是城镇环境卫生建设和管理的目标和依据。编制环境卫生专业规划,并将其纳入城镇总体发展规划,可以保障城镇环境卫生事业与城镇经济、社会的协调发展,实现城镇的可持续发展。宝山区罗店中心镇的建设作为上海郊区城镇化发展战略的一部分,尤其需要科学、合理的环境卫生专业规划。本文在认真研究、分析罗店中心镇控制性详细规划的基础上,按照高标准、高起点的原则,研究、制订该镇的环境卫生专业规划,即对中心镇固体废弃物收运处置、环卫基础设施设备、道路保洁等进行科学统一的规划设计,为建设可持续发展的现代化生态型罗店中心镇提供决策参考。关键词:城镇建设环境卫生城镇规划 Abstract Environmental sanitation planning, which is the rule of law in construction and management of environmental sanitation in city, is an important part of city's ecological environment planning. Environmental sanitation planning should be merged into the collective planning of town, and keep up coordinative development of environmental sanitation with social economy to realize city's sustainable development. The construction of downtown in Luodian of Baoshan is a part of development stratagem in the town process of suburb in Shanghai. It is necessary to compile a environmental sanitation planning scientifically and reasonably. The paper studies on the detail of town planning of Luodian, and draws the environmental sanitation planning based on the principle of advanced standard and high level. The main contents in the paper include the planning of collection and disposal of solid waste; the planning of facilities and equipment in sanitary infrastructure; the planning of street cleaning. The paper also plays a role to give some guidance for decision-making in sustainable construction of modern ecological Luodian town.
