粗镗活塞销孔专用机床及夹具的设计.doc

摘
要
本次设计题目为粗镗活塞销孔专用机床及夹具设计。本文主要介绍零件所用
夹具以及加工零件所用专用机床的设计过程并提供具体的设计参数。本文主要分
为三部分,第一部分为绪论部分,主要对夹具以及专用机床进行简要的介绍;第
二部分为概述部分,本部分主要是对设计对象即零件进行具体分析;第三部分为
具体设计部分,本部分为本文的重点,本部分主要展示各个参数的计算过程以及
部分结构的设计原理,具体为机床动力选择,机床刀具及相关参数计算,夹具设
计计算,机床液压滑台设计计算,组合机床联系尺寸的确定等。本文只对组合机
床的联系尺寸进行计算设计,对于具体结构不进行设计。

The design pr oject for the rough piston pin hole boring machine tools and fixture
design. This paper describes part of the fixtures and machined parts with special
machines used in the design process and pr ovide the specific design parameters. This
paper is divided into three parts, the first is the introduction part, fixtures and special
machines for a brief introduction; second part is an overview of part of this
component is part of the design objects that carry out specific analysis; The third part
