重庆人学硕十学位论文中文摘要摘要在市场经济发展初期,国有企业的发展源于原有的稳固基础、政府的鼎力支持和国内市场的快速增长。然而,随着市场的同渐成熟和竞争的同益加剧,企业的持续稳步成长将更多地依靠高效管理体系和制度所培育出的独特竞争力。如何加强企业内部自身管理,很多国企经理人纷纷将目光首先投向建立有效的绩效管理体系, 以提高企业执行战略的能力。本文首先对绩效管理相关理论和基本方法(如KPI、平衡记分卡、360度反馈法、MBO等)进行了阐述;以BN供电公司为研究对象,对其绩效管理现状进行了分析,找出了其中存在的绩效机构设置不合理、工作分析开展不到位、绩效管理体制设计不合理、绩效考核结果的处理不科学、绩效考核结果应用不充分等问题。在此基础上提出根据BN公司战略规划和目标,完善绩效管理制度,借鉴平衡记分卡思想完善绩效指标体系(包括KPI、360反馈法),加强绩效信息沟通与反馈、改善绩效考核结果的应用等具体对策和措施,为加强应用性,论文还详细分析了变革中存在的阻力和动力,囊括了实施中的关键环节和需要处理好的关系,希望对BN供电公司的绩效管理起到一定的指导作用。关键词:绩效管理,平衡记分卡,360反馈法重庆人学硕+学位论文茎窒塑垩 ABSTRACT At the beginning of the development for market economy,the state。pany's development depends on the former stable foundation,support from government and rapid increase ,pany’S sustainable development should depend more onefficientmanagement system toproduce petition as themarket es mature petition picks order to improve internalmanagement of acompany,many managers instate。pany focus on building an efficientperformance management system,SO astoimprove pany ability toexecute strategy.
