无锡工艺职业技术学院毕业设计(论文) 题目: 基于 PLC 矿井提升机控制系统的设计院系: 电子信息系专业: 应用电子学号: 2012361110 学生姓名: 郑文超指导教师: 蒋伟职称: 年月日摘要矿井提升机被称为矿山的咽喉,是矿山最重要的电气设备。提升机运行的安全性与可靠性对整个生产系统至关重要。传统矿井提升机调速性能较差,在启停车、制动、逻辑控制等方面存在诸多安全问题。随着计算机和 PLC 技术的不断发展,采用先进的技术改造传统矿山行业的传统系统,从而使矿井提升机的性能得到极大的改善,其自动化水平、安全、可靠性都达到了新的高度, 保证了提升机的安全运行。本论文阐述了矿井直流提升机的分类、组成和工作原理。从解决实际矿井提升系统存在的问题出发,给出了矿井提升机 PLC 保护与控制系统的功能定义,包括行程控制、安全保护和辅助系统控制。对PLC 系统进行了软硬件配置,并设计了 PLC 软件,实现了部分保护控制功能。控制系统采用了双线制保护策略,包括继电器安全回路和 PLC 安全回路。论文对提升机电控系统的发展进行了展望。关键词: 矿井提升机; PLC ;保护控制 ABSTRACT The mine hoist is intituled as the throat of mine, and it is the most vitalequipment in mine. The safety and security is the most vital to mine hoist. So, the security is the key to elevator. The electromotion change along with distance and energy, and the characteristic of electric power drive is plex. The electromotion move frequently positive and negative, and always run pass load, and electromotion and apply the brake transform continually. Along with the development and lication puter and programmable logical controller, the controller of mine e forth new visage, the level of automatization and safety and security arrived at the new altitude, and provided a new and modern manage and monitor means. This paper elaborated the classification of direct current mine hoist and its constitute and work principle. set out from The actual problem of mine hoist electricity controller system existence to solution. give the function definition of mine hoists ’ PLC protection and control system, including route of travel control, safe protection and assistance system control. Softwave configuration and hardwave configuration of the PLC system pleted ,and PLC program was designed to achieve some protection functions. The highlight is illustrating the double - line protection circuit of hoist which include the safety circuit of relay and the safety circuit of PLC.
