摘要老式的金属打包机的电气控制部分大多数仍采用继电器控制,这种控制方法采用众多的电器元件,逻辑布线复杂,接点多,故障率高,设备运行可靠性差。采用 PLC 控制能有效的解决这些问题。因此设计一种全新的基于 PLC 的液压金属打包机的控制系统。该系统工作性能稳定,提高了生产线的自动化程度,并切实提高了生产线的生产效率。同时也介绍金属打包机的发展历史、结构,并进行了液压系统的设计、 PLC 控制系统的设计。关键词: 金属打包机可编程控制器( PLC )液压系统Ⅱ Abstract the electrical control parts of the old M etal Baler still mostly use the relay control. this control method used numerous ponents,Logic plex, contact, the high failure rate, poor equipment operation reliability.
