长春理工大学本科毕业设计 1 摘要随着我国国民经济的发展,自动化立体仓库的应用越来越广泛。利用立体仓库设备可实现仓库高层合理化,存取自动化,操作简便化。自动化立体仓库的主体由货架、巷道式堆垛起重机、入(出)库工作台和自动运进(出)及操作控制系统组成。本课题的电气控制主要由西门子公司的 PLC 、步进电机驱动器、步进电动机、直流电动机等器件组成。对本课题进行简要的介绍,包括背景,研究意义,现状等;其次对该系统的硬件组成、结构、原理进行了阐述和分析;再次对本系统用到的器件进行分别介绍,重点对 PLC 程序进行了编写;最后对设计本课题所学到的知识和结论进行归纳和总结。关键词: 立体仓库电气控 PLC 长春理工大学本科毕业设计 2 Abstract W ith the development puter information technology, modern enterprise production scale expanding petition intensifies day by day, market of enterprise logistics system proposed new requirements, automated warehouse more and more by concern and has been widely used .
