南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文燃气热水器自动检测系统设计姓名:盖海涛申请学位级别:硕士专业:测试计量技术及仪器指导教师:苏小光 2010-12 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 I 摘要本课题属于企业委托的技术开发项目,其目的是开发一套用于燃气热水器生产线的检测系统。针对项目委托方提出的功能要求与设计指标,对比国内外研究现状,最终确定使用高精度智能传感器、数据采集卡及工业用计算机配合的集数据采集、分析、控制、实时显示为一体的自动化检测装置。基于课题的研究内容,本文在分析热水器测试要求的基础上,围绕着设计目标,从整体方案的选择、系统的软硬件设计等方面阐述了开展的主要设计研究工作。重点对智能传感器、数据采集卡及控制系统等硬件进行外围电路设计,并在 C++ 编程环境下完成控制系统的软件功能模块和上位机的程序编写工作,采用 paradox 数据库进行数据存储并运用 OLE 技术操作 EXCEL 文档,分析检测系统的测试数据结果提出分段线性拟合的措施,通过控制系统的应用试验对热水器自动检测系统进行了验证。测试结果表明,本检测系统各项功能均达到了预定的设计要求,稳定可靠,具有较高的精度和检验效率。关键词: 数据采集卡,检测系统, C++ Buidler , paradox 数据库, OLE 技术燃气热水器自动检测系统设计 II ABSTRACT The topic entrusted by enterprise is a technical development project, its purpose is to develop a detection system applying in assembly line for gas-fired water heater. According to the function and requirement proposed by enterprise,The target of the design., Contrast research situation ,Finally determined using intelligent high-accuracy sensors, the data acquisition card and industrial computer,realized integrating data collection, anal ysis,control and real-time display for the automated detection device. On the basis of studying project, author start to research testing process. Around the design goal, from the overall scheme selection, system design about the software and hardware are described, the research works on this thesis emphasis on intelligent sensor, data acquisition and control system of hardware design, completed the control system software function module design and PC program design in the c + + programming environment , using paradox database data storage and use OLE technical operation EXCEL documentation, An alysis the test data of detection system and put forward the measures of piecew ise-linear fitting,Through control system application experiment to water heater automatic detection system is validated.
