Theresult shows: the high school psychological teachers ’ professional identify ispositive while the level needs toimprove; there is asignificant difference inthe high school psychological teachers ’ professional identify insalary and teaching ages. According the result, the author anal yze the factors ofthe high school psychological teachers ’ professional identify and give some suggestions toimprove the degree ofthe professional identify. 2 一、引言(一)问题的提出教师是向教育者传递人类积累的文化科学知识和进行思想品德教育,把他们培养成一定社会需要人才的专业人员,是决定学校教学质量的主要因素。①自联合国教科文组织和国际劳工组织发布的《关于教师地位的建议》第一次明确提出教师专业化的性质:“teaching should beregarded asaprofession ”,世界各国开始重视教师专业发展问题
