[摘要] 本课题是为南阳盛元机电有限公司塑钢门窗生产线中的型材V型口加工工序而设计的塑窗V型切割锯,按照任务书的要求,系统采用气压传动。通过在南阳盛元机电有限公司近两月的毕业顶岗实习,了解了塑窗加工的整个生产工艺过程和其V型切口的加工方法;根据企业的实际生产需求,确定了总体设计方案;完成了切削机构、工进机构、压紧机构、定位机构等主要部分的设计。本课题设计达到了生产效率高、切口质量好、使用寿命长等目的,满足了南阳盛元机电有限公司的使用要求;在本次设计中系统的巩固了学过的专业知识,对专用机床的设计过程有了一定的了解。

Abstract:The purpose of this thesis is to design the V-cutting saw for plastic window in order to satisfy the requirement profile V export processing operation on plastic steel door and window production line of Nanyang Sheng Yuan mechanical and electrical LTD. According to the requirements of the design specification, a V - cutting saw for plastic window is designed which adopts pneumatic graduation post practice nearly two months in Nanyang Sheng Yuan mechanical and electrical LTD,the processing of plastic window in the whole production process and the incision of V processing method of plastic window are understood. According to the actual production requirements of Nanyang Sheng Yuan mechanical and electrical LTD, the general design scheme is determined. The cutting mechanism, industrial mechanism, pressing mechanism,and positioning mechanism as well as the design of other main parts design is satisfied with high production efficiency, incision quality good, long service life and other objective,meeting the operating requirements of enterprise.
