摘要


本文研究了 CRM 在国内外的发展现状,介绍了数据仓库技术、数据挖掘技
术、J2EE 技术,CORBA 技术等在 CRM 中的应用。论述了 J2EE 架构与技术实现,
并对 J2EE 的四层架构和 MVC 的设计模式进行研究,设计了应用层模块。采用
Java 实现系统业务模块,采用 JSP,HTML 实现用户交互,通过实践证明该应用
方案是切实可行的。接着介绍了此系统的软件开发平台 IBM Websphere,分析了
银行客户关系管理的业务和系统需求并讨论了其实施的技术可行性。接下来介绍
了数据挖掘的方法,提出了银行客户经理考核的数据挖掘模型。在此基础上提出
了系统框架和系统流程,确定了系统的功能模块。
以客户推荐积分的实现来介绍开发的流程和方法;研究提出了 CRM 前台的
JSP 系统结构、页面的开发规范和步骤,并详细介绍研究了数据库连接池的配置
实现和应用程序在 Websphere Application Server 下的发布方法。最后详细描述了
测试的方法和步骤,采用 LoadRunner 工具来测试系统的性能。
最后,对本文的研究工作进行总结,并对下一步的研究工作进行了探讨。

Abstract


The development with the status of Customer Relationship Management at home
and abroad,warehouse technology,data mining technology,and J2EE technology used
in Customer Relationship Management were J2EE architecture
and technology, then researches the four-tier structure of the J2EE and the MVC design
pattern. Design the application layer modules:using Java to achieve operational
modules, using JSP, Html achieve user interaction. This application program is proved
to be practicable; introducing IBM Websphere to this system software development
platform, and then analysis the banking for customer relationship management and the
business needs. Its implementation of the technical feasibility is also discussed. After
this introduce the data mining mothed and then advince a data mining model with the
examination of the banking customer manager. Basing on the framework of the system
and system processes to determine the functional modules of the system.
