摘要
飞轮的功用是传递动力和改变输出轴运动方向,工作原理是让曲柄
连杆机构顺利通过死点,当发动机工作时,发动机将高速运转,将产生
大的振动,如果飞轮的动平横较差将会发动机的其它部件将产生严重的
损害,所以对飞点和减少活塞运动过程中产生的冲击轮的夹具设计和加
工要特别注意飞轮的动平衡性。
当工件在一次装夹后,需要按一定角度或一定距离加工一组表面
时,就要采用分度装置。由于飞轮的六孔是在同一个圆周上,并且是大
小和深度一样的孔,也就是它们的加工工艺相同,并且为了获得好的平
衡,尽量能在一次装夹中,完成所有的加工,由于以上的特殊性,经过
多方面的考虑,确定了回转钻模的方案。

ABSTRACT
Flywheel's function is transmits the power and change the moving
direction of the output shaft. The principle of work is lets the crank link
motion gear through the die smoothly. It will produce a large vibration when
the engine works with high speed, if the flywheel with a bad
dynamic-balance which will bring into some serious destory,so we must
pay much more attention to the flyweel’s dynamic-banlance when we design
and produce the clamp which used for prohibiting the fly point and reducing
the impulse during the plunger motion.
After equipmenting the workpiece, required to machine it according to a
certain angle or a certain distance, in this situation, the spacing device must
be used. Because flywheel's six are in the identical circumference, and is the
size and the depth same hole, which menas they have the same processing
craft, and to obtain good balanced, can as far as possible, in one time
equipment, completes all processings. As a result of the above particularity,
undergoes various consideration, choosing the rotation drlling maodel
