马铃薯去皮机设计
摘 要
在很多蔬菜和水果的加工中,都需要进行去皮处理,从而除去不需要的部分来改善食用和外观。为了降低成本和避免浪费,去皮要求尽量减少可食用部分的丢失。这里,介绍摩擦去皮方法:将果蔬放在旋转圆筒内,在圆筒内壁(焊接金刚砂)的摩擦作用下,将表皮除去,同时用水冲洗。在电动机带动下,通过齿轮和传动轴带动圆盘旋转,圆盘表面有凸起部分,当马铃薯落入圆盘时,产生上下翻滚同时在离心力作用下与圆筒内壁摩擦作用,圆筒内壁焊接有金刚砂棒,保证去除马铃薯的表皮,而圆盘结构使得马铃薯上下翻滚从而表面与圆筒充分接触,大大减小了去皮的死角。启动装置的同时用喷着从圆筒上方喷入清水,及时将皮屑冲洗并顺着清洗槽排除,保证装置的正常运行,提高去皮的效率。同时这种方法的优点是室温下进行,耗能低,成本低廉,造成浪费少。

Abstract
In many vegetable and fruit processing, skin processing is needed to remove unnecessary parts to improve food and appearance. In order to reduce costs and avoid waste, remove skin requirements to minimize the loss of edible parts. Here, introduce the friction to skin method: place the fruit and vegetable in the rotating cylinder, remove the epidermis and flush with water under the friction of the inner wall of the cylinder (solder emery). In motor driven by gear and shaft turns the disc, the disc surface is convex part, when the potatoes into the disk, the rolling up and down at the same time under the action of centrifugal force and cylinder wall friction role, cylinder wall welding have silicon carbide rods, ensure to remove the potato skins, and disk structure make potato boils to the surface and good contact with the cylinder, greatly reduced the peeling of blind Angle. The starting device is sprayed with water from the top of the cylinder at the same time, flush the dander in time and remove it along the cleaning trough to ensure the normal operation of the device and improve the efficiency of peeling. At the same time, the advantages of this method are at room temperature, low energy consumption, low cost and low waste.
