调节杆零件的加工工艺及钻M8螺纹底孔夹具设计
摘要
机床夹具设计是现代机械零件制造和加工过程中,不能缺少的组成部分。机床夹具依据其类型不同分成不同种类,以适应不同复杂程度的零件和不同的加工工序和工步等。所以,对其进行研究有意义。
本次研究的对象是—调节杆。是机器上重要的零件之一。使机构相应运动按照工作者的要求工作,获得所需的速度和扭矩的作用。另外,本次设计的调节杆其零件材料为QT45-5。设计内容包含加工工艺设计和钻M8螺纹底孔夹具设计。
在对零件图解读后,确定零件生产类型,编写工艺路线,确定主轴转速、切削量等,填写工序卡。完成零件图、毛坯图绘制。经过分析决定设计钻M8螺纹底孔钻床夹具,确定定位、夹紧方案;选择定位、夹紧元件;设计夹具体等。

ABSTRACT
The design of machine tool fixtures is an indispensable component in the manufacture and processing of modern machine parts. The machine tool fixtures are divided into different types depending on their type, so as to adapt to different complicated parts and different processing procedures and steps. Therefore, it makes sense to study it.
The object of this study is the adjustment rod. It is one of the important parts on the machine. Make the corresponding movement of the organization work according to the worker's requirements and obtain the required speed and torque. In addition, the design material of the adjustment rod is QT45-5. The design includes machining process design and drilling M8 threaded bottom hole fixture design.
After interpretation of the parts drawing, determine the type of part production, prepare the process route, determine the spindle speed, cutting amount, etc., and fill in the process card. Complete the drawing of parts and blanks. After analysis and design, it is decided to drill the M8 thread bottom hole drilling fixture, determine the positioning and clamping scheme, select the positioning and clamping components, and design the specific fixture.
