支架的加工工艺及夹具设计 【摘要】 本夹具设计的零件是支架,支架是起支撑作用的构架,承受较大的力,也具有定位作用。使零件之间保持正确的位置。实现了相应的动作传递了相应的动力等等。本零件其外形结构复杂,制造方式应选择铸造,零件上Φ20H7孔较为重要。本次设计主要完成2部分内容:加工工艺以及专用夹具的设计。 本次专用夹具设计的是钻Φ6H8孔钻床专用夹具,使用的钻床为Z525立式钻床,专用夹具的设计内容主要有,明确六点定位原理,设计适用于本工件的定位和夹紧方案以及原件;设计机床连接体—夹具体;选择对刀装置并进行相应的计算等。当然了在对专用夹具设计之前,还对零件的加工工艺进行了设计。依据确定的余量绘制毛坯图,设计加工工艺路线,选择了加工工艺装备;根据计算得出的数值填写工序卡等。 关键词:支架;钻Φ6H8孔;Z525;专用夹具;加工工艺; Abstract: The part designed by this fixture is a bracket. The bracket is a supporting frame that can withstand large forces and also has a positioning function. Keep the correct position between the parts. The Φ20H7 hole on the part is more important. This design mainly completes two parts: processing technology and design of special fixtures. This special fixture is designed for drilling Φ6H8 hole drilling machine. The drilling machine used is Z525 vertical drilling machine. The design content of the special fixture mainly includes the clear six-point positioning principle. ; Design the machine tool connection body-clamp specific; select the tool setting device and carry out corresponding calculations. Of course, before the design of the special fixture, the machining process of the part is also designed. Based on the determined margin, a rough drawing is drawn, the processing technology route is designed, and processing technology equipment is selected; the process card is filled in based on the calculated values.
