Thispaper studiesandanalyzes algorithms the basisofanalyzing algorithms capture,a novel GPS signalacquisition algorithm using differential C/Acodes andblockprocessing technique isproposed and realizedusing VHDL. Fist,thispaper introduces traditionalalgorithms example,serial correlation method inthe time domain,digital matched filtermethod and FFT. Performances which are capture time,probability ofdetection andresources of those ale simulatedand on thebasisofthetraditionalalgorithm,a codebased on thedifferentialtreatment ofcatch andblockalgorithm isproposed. On thebasisofthesame gainin‘dealing,notonly theacquisition timespeed up, butalsoresourcesusing capture ing ,tool QUARTUS and VHDL Language are applied tothisalgorithms capture inEP1S808956C6 chip of FPGA.
