　 【摘要】 目的：观察文拉法辛联合右佐匹克隆治疗广泛性焦虑障碍伴失眠症状的效果。方法：研究对象选取笔者所在医院精神科104例住院确诊的广泛性焦虑障碍伴失眠症状的患者，随机分成对照组和观察组各52例;对照组单用文拉法辛治疗;观察组以文拉法辛联合右佐匹克隆治疗;经4周治疗后，比较两组临床疗效，以及治疗前后两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA，14项版）、睡眠障碍量表（SDRS）评分及两组药物不良反应发生情况。结果：（1）%，%，差异有统计学意义（P<）;（2）用药后观察组HAMA、SDRS评分结果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<）;（3）两组不良反应对比差异无统计学意义（P>）。结论：文拉法辛、右佐匹克隆联合治疗广泛性焦虑障碍伴失眠症状的临床效果佳，可显著改善焦虑症状及睡眠情况，且二者合用的药物不良反应未增加，值得临床推广。

　　 [Abstract] Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Venlafaxine combined with Eszopiclone on generalized anxiety disorder with insomnia. Method： A total of 104 patients with generalized anxiety disorder and insomnia diagnosed in psychiatric department of our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Venlafaxine alone， and the observation group was treated with Venlafaxine combined with Eszopiclone. After 4 weeks of treatment， the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. The scores of Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA， 14 items）， sleep disorder scale （SDRS） and adverse drug reactions in the two groups were compared. Result： （1） The total effective rate of the observation group was %， which was significantly higher than % of the control group （P<）. （2） The scores of HAMA and SDRS in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P<）. （3） There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups （P>）. Conclusion： Venlafaxine combined with Dexzopiclone is effective in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder with insomnia， and can significantly improve anxiety symptoms and sleep conditio
