天津大学硕士学位论文汽车金融对区域经济发展影响研究姓名:钟文广申请学位级别:硕士专业:工业工程指导教师:李汶华 2011-12 中文摘要汽车金融是汽车产业和金融服务业的纽带,汽车金融的发展不仅关乎汽车产业的发展,同时对金融服务体系的完善也有至关重要的作_}1j。汽车金融服务从出现开始已经有百年的历史了,而汽车金融服务、Ik在我国才刚刚起步。汽车金融在我同有着非常广阔的发展前景,但是,汽车金融的发展需要与之相适应的环境, 只有在适宜的条件下,汽年金融才可能取的实质的发展。汽车金融服务于整个汽车产业链,南于汽车产、lk链涉及众多上下游行Nk,在空问上具有区域集聚性,凶此汽车金融的发展对区域经济发展也有重要的影响。本文在分析国外汽车金融发展模式的基础上,总结了国外汽车金融成功的经验以及在金融危机中遭受影响的教训。j刊时也对我国汽车金融发展现状作简要总结,分析了我们汽车金融发展存在的制约因素和良好前景,结合统计数据,利用统计图、表等多种工具进行研究和分析。本文重点从汽年金融生态环境和汽年金融对区域经济发展影响两个方面进行研究。以天津滨海新区为例,从宏观经济环境、汽车消费市场、征信体系和政策法规等角度,研究滨海新区汽车金融生态环境。在此基础上,以ZX汽年金融示范区为案例,介绍其规划实施方案,依托滨海新区良好的发展前景和独特的区位优势,zX汽车会融示范区致力于打造一种现代汽车文化理念、两大技术平台、三套“一站式”服务体系、网大行业优势、五大功能聚集区。在对区域经济发展影响方面,应用循环累积冈果理论和产业价值链理论研究可以得山:汽车金融有利于形成规模经济效应,能够促进产、Ik结构调整,对经济发展有辐射带动作用,对于整合资源,培育汽车文化也有很好的指导作刖。本文以此建立了评价指标体系,并基于区间分析方法对汽年金融示范区对区域经济的影响进行了综合评价。关键词: 汽车金融区域经济影响研究金融生态 ABSTRACT Auto fillanceisthe tieofautomobi leindustry andthe financialservices,it very important forthedevelopment of automobile industry,and plays acrucialroie m inlproving thefinancial services has been ahundred years’histo。Y of Auto financial service from thebeginning,but inChina hasjust started·Auto finance has avery broad prospect inChina, auto finance developmem needs toadapt withtheenvironment,only inappropriate conditions,and may take finance servicesthewhole chainoftheautomotlx7e industu, and theautomotive industry chaincovering awide range ofupstream and downstream indus” is aregional concentration tiledevelopment otauto filmnce hasimportant impacts on regional econonfic development· Based on theanalysis offoreign auto finance development models,the author summarized tile essfu experience of foreign auto finance andthe lessonssuite。ed from the financial author did also make a brief sunlmary on the development status ofChina’s auto bined with statisticaldata,uslng andothertools,thisessay analyzed constraints and theexistence ofgood prospects ofthedevelopment ofChina’s auto
