MW级风电机组变桨系统动力学及结构仿真分析重庆大学硕士学位论文(学术学位) 学生姓名:江术新指导教师:杜静教授专业:机械设计及理论学科门类:工学重庆大学机械工程学院二O一四年五月 Structural and Dynamics Analysis on the Pitch System of MW Grade Wind Turbine A Thesis Submitted to Chongqing University In Partial Fulfillment of the Requirement for the Master’s Degree of Engineering By Jiang Shuxin Supervised by Prof. Du Jing Specialty: Mechanical Design and Theory College of Mechanical Engineeringof Chongqing University, Chongqing, China May 2014 重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要 I 摘要变桨系统是水平轴风力发电机组的重要组成部分,主要功能是通过调节桨距角进行功率调节。为了研究风力发电机组变桨系统的工作性能和安全性能,论文运用多体动力学方法对风力发电机变桨时的动态特性进行了仿真分析,同时对变桨系统进行了结构有限元分析和疲劳分析。论文的研究方法为风力发电机组变桨系统的设计与校核提供了依据,具有一定的工程实用价值。论文的主要研究内容如下: ①研究了风力发电机组在变桨时的气动理论,阐述了MW级风力发电机组变桨系统基本结构与作用。②依据德国劳埃德船级社(GL)认证规范绘制风力发电机整机及变桨系统的拓扑图,根据拓扑图在SIMPACK中建立了变桨系统及整机动力学模型;建立自动变桨控制模型;依据IEC规定建立了变桨仿真时的风模型;建立了整机在变桨工况下的气-弹-控联合仿真模型,进行了时域分析。时域分析中分析了变桨过程中的桨距角变化、功率曲线变化和叶根处力和力矩的变化曲线。③依据风力发电机组变桨系统的受力特点,提出了用仅受压的三维杆单元 link10模拟变桨轴承滚子的方法,建立了变桨系统的有限元模型并分析计算,得到了在单向载荷和变桨载荷下变桨机构的应力云图,以及变桨轴承的接触应力分布。④建立变桨轴承疲劳分析模型,应用有限元方法计算变桨轴承疲劳应力,运用雨流计数法处理得到疲劳载荷谱,进行材料的S-N曲线修正,根据疲劳累积损伤理论,计算出变桨轴承在设计工作年限的疲劳损伤。关键词:风力发电机组,变桨系统,联合仿真,接触应力,疲劳损伤重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要 II ABSTRACT As an important part of horizontal axis wind turbine,Pitch system's main role is to adjust the power by adjusting pitch researching the work performance and safety performance of pitch system, the dynamic characteristics of wind turbine in pitch was analyzed bythe multi-body dynamics method, andFinite Element Analysis and fatigue analysis of pitch system hadbeen done. The method in this paperprovided technical reference for design and checking of the wind turbine pitch system with engineering value. The main research included following work: ①This paper studied the aerodynamic theory of wind turbine under variable pitch, it illustrated the basic structure and function of wind turbine pitch system. ②According to the German Society of Germanisher Lloyd (GL) certification, topological graph of the
