摘 要
当今社会勇斗歹徒、救灾抢险的英雄事迹层出不穷，但同时又引发了许多问题。特别是见义勇为者在维护他人利益的同时，却常常以牺牲自己的利益为代价，那么见义勇为者的利益由谁来保护，如何保护呢？对待此类问题我国法律并无十分明确的解决办法，理论上的研究也不够深入。鉴于此，本文从民法的角度来探讨如何保护见义勇为者的利益，以见义勇为的概念和性质等方面入手，分析我国对见义勇为的立法保护现状及不足，提出了一些见义勇为者权益受损后的民事救济保护构想。

Talking about the brave act for civil protection
Abstract
Today, the heroic deeds about gangsters fighting , disaster relief and danger rescue emerge in an endless stream that, meanwhile, many problems arise. For a particular example, The persons who are ready to take up the cudgels for a just cause often give up their own interests when they protect the interests of others. Then, who and how to protect their interests? There in no exact law to deal with this kind of issue in our country, and theory research about that is not thorough, either. In view of this, this article will discusses how to protect their interests from the angle of civil law, analyzes the present situation that lacking of law protection, propose some civil relief protection methods to their losses.
