论管理学的科学属性和学科属性之争
基于科学知识生产的视角

摘要：从科学学理论与管理学科学化相关的角度，对管理学科学属性之争进行了回顾。揭示了“管理学是科学还是艺术”、
“管理学是自然科学还是社会科学”等命题的意义及其在哲学前提方面的局限性，提出了从科学知识生产方式视角进行管
理学科学属性、学科属性讨论的可行性。认为推动管理学由“学院式科学”向“后学院式科学”演进。应成为推进管理学学科
建设的视角之一。提升管理学者的科学学素养，提倡管理学与科学学的交叉研究，是推进管理学创新的重要前提之一。

Controversy over the Scientific Status of Management Research一一Based on the
Knowledge Model of Science

Abstract：The controversy over the scientific of the modern management implies the differences of different
scholars on the scientific view．Science grew into a kind of macroscopic constructive activity from a kind of
cognitive action of microcosmic exploring truth．From the scientific view of a macroscopic visual angle，the
controversy over the scientific of the modern management should be”Is management academic science or
post-academic science?tf With the limit of“academic science“being the source of the scientific of modern
management being disputed，”post-academic science”is the inevitable trend of modern management education
reform and management originality．To keep the balance between learned strict and utility will form all
essential tension that propels management scientific course．The controversy over the scientific of the modern
management should be interdisciplinary studies between Management Science and Science of Science．
Management academics should learn more from Science of Science．

现代西方管理学的产生和发展深受自然科学的影
响，这种影响在推动管理科学化的同时，也带来了许多理
论和实践上的困惑，其中包括“管理学是科学还是艺术”
之争。在推进管理科学化、推动管理学教育教学改革与创
新的进程中，管理学作为一门学科的属性和地位仍遭受
不同程度的质疑。如何认识和论证管理学的科学属性，是
当代管理理论与实践的发展以及管理哲学面临的一个基
础性课题。
