基于粗糙集的钢铁行业工艺知识发现方法

摘要:根据粗糙集在解决不确定性问题方面的特性,针对钢铁行业工艺过程复杂多变导致工艺知识难
于提取的问题,提出了基于钢铁产品特征分层设计、逐级求解的工艺知识发现策略,并在构建工艺数
据集市的基础上,建立了基于粗糙集属性约简的钢铁行业工艺知识发现方法。最后以某钢铁集团企业
两级工艺决策信息表为例进行实例验证,结果表明所获得的工艺决策知识能够指导工艺决策者实践,
并总结了该方法的优点。

Abstract:To solve the problem that it is difficult to retrieve the process design knowledge due to the
complicated production process of Iron and Steel industry, a novel intelligent process knowledge discovery
scheme based on Iron and Steel product features’ hierarchical design and gradual solution was presented
according to the trait of Rough set theory in resolving uncertain problems. Based on the building process
data mart, an approach to process knowledge discovery was introduced for Iron and Steel industry based on
Rough set attribute reduction. Finally, the two-level process information tables of an Iron and Steel group
were taken for instances to verify the approach. The res
