Methods The normal colorectal tissue and cancer tissue of 28 patients were collected. Random two of which was choiced to analysis by Micro-assay . then all tissues was confirmed by RT-PCR and western blot .immunohistochemistry (IHC) study of 99 patients is to research the expressions of FoxO3a in primary colorectal cancer, liver metastasis and precancerous change. Use the flow cytometry to analysis the cell cycle after reduced the FoxO3a expression Results Micro-assay show that the FoxO3a in tumor is lower than in normal tissue.
