与不太确定的时间状语连用in the past/last few..; recently; lately
与表示次数等频率的词连用，用来表示反复发生的动作。
与already, just, yet, never, ever 连用
用于固定句型
上下文中强调对现在造成的影响
与until, after, as soon as, if 等引导的时间或条件状语从句。
表示过去开始,持续到现在,并要延续到将来的动作.

------No, I haven’t. I have been thinking about it.
表示从过去一直到现在为止的这段时间内反复发生的动作, 可能有间断.
------Hi, Jim.
------Oh, Lucy, here you are. I have been telephoning you all the afternoon.
强调动作的持续性与连续性.
------I’m sure Andrew will win the first prize in the final.
------ I think so. He has been preparing for it for months.(08 Jiangsu)
Differences:
’ve cleaned the windows.
（窗户已擦完，因此是明亮的。）
have been cleaning the windows.
（很可能未擦完，只强调在擦。）
hands are very dirty. I’ve been cleaning the car.
（动作刚结束，用来呈现原因。）
’ve cleaned my car . You can use it now.
（强调造成的影响。）
More examples:
You are out of breath. Have you been running?
Your eyes are red. Have you been crying?
5. I have telephoned you three times this morning.
（有较具体的次数）
6. I have been telephoning you all the morning.
（不注重具体的次数而强调反复。）

一些动词如: understand, realize, remember, forget, see, hear, believe 不能与现在完成进行时连用.
