我国私人汽车保有量的分析及预测

［摘 要］我国经济的快速发展为私人汽车提供了巨大的发展空间，同时汽车保有量的大幅增加势 必对土地、能源和环境带来巨大压力，这就需要对影响私人汽车发展的主要因素进行分析，对其保 有量的发展趋势做岀科学判断。本文根据近年来国内各项经济指标，运用线性回归方法，给出了一 个适用于短期预测的计量经济学模型及进行各项检验的详细过程，并据此较为准确合理的预测了我 国2006年和2007年的私人汽车保有量，进而提出贯彻科学发展观，走可持续发展道路将是促进我 国未来私人汽车良性发展的客观要求。

Abstract： The rapid economical development of our country has provided great development space for the private vehicle and the significant increase of private vehicle populat ion will inevitably bring great pressure to the land, resources of energy and the environment, so it is necessary to analyze the main factors that affect the development of our private vehicle, and then make a reasonable judgment to the development trend of the vehicle quant ity. According to the economic indices of recent years, this paper constructs an econometric model which i s sui table for short term predication by 1 inear regression method and introduces the concrete process of some test, and then the comparatively accurate private vehicle populat ion of China in 2006 and 2007 are forecas ted, Then it points out that the imp lenient at ion of scientific development concept, adopt ing sustainable development policy will be the objective requirements of private vehicle development of China in the future. 每年上万亿美元的汽车产业是世界经济的支柱产业之一，没有任何一种工业品能像 汽车这样渗透到社会大众生活的各个层面。它以其技术和产品的不断更新，彻底改变和 提高了人们的生活方式和生活质量。
据世界银行的研究，汽车保有量(尤其是私人汽车)与人均国民收入成正比。2003 年，我国国内人均GDP首次突破1000美元，这预示着中国汽车开始进入家庭消费阶段。 而事实表明，随着中国人均GDP的稳健增长，近年来，我国的家用汽车销量以两位数的 增速急剧扩大。根据国家统计局公布的数据，至2006年末，我国私人汽车保有量达到 7 2200万辆，增长23. 7%,继续保持旺盛的增长态势。
汽车因具有高度的产业关联性，被称为“经济持续增长的发动机”。汽车的发展， 其意义不仅在于汽车工业本身，还在于它对加快产业结构调整和升级改造、促进产业布 局调整，加快城郊基础设施
