学号: 10449129 毕业设计(论文) ( 2013 届) 题目人民币汇率与中国的货币改革学生学院专业班级校内指导教师专业技术职务二○一三年六月 I 人民币汇率与中国货币改革摘要: 汇率一直以来都是衡量一国经济的工具和国际金融的标准,他作为一个国家货币对外价值的表现影响着国际间金融关系。近几年伴随着中国经济的持续增长和我国固有的产业结构,使外汇储备和贸易顺差长期保持在较高的水平。贸易的长期顺差使以美国为首的一些西方国家把本国的高失业率和经济问题的原因归结于中国的汇率低估效应, 并把中国纳为“货币操纵国”。同时国际社会不断地向中国施压要求中国汇率在短期时间内快速升值,并对中国的对外贸易加以高额关税,这严重的危害到了我国的利益。面对国际社会的压力我国应保持清醒,在结合我国经济现有状况和国内为金融形势,稳步推进人民币汇率与中国货币改革,促使我国经济和产业结构的转型需要,保持中国经济健康稳定发展。关键词: 人民币汇率;货币改革;升值;对外贸易 II RMB Exchange Rate and China ’s ary Reform Abstract : Exchange rate has always been a tool to measure a country's economic and international financial standards ,it performances asa national currency value of foreign influences international financial relations recent years,along with China's economy continues to grow and China's industrial structure, keep the foreign exchange reserves and the long-term trade surplus ata higher surplus for a long time to make some western countries, led by the United States, the country's high unemployment and economic problems of China's undervalued currency effects, and make China asa "currency manipulator".At the same time the munity toput pressure on China requires rapid appreciation in China's exchange rate ina short time, and high tariffs on China's foreign trade, the serious harm to the interests ofour country. Stay awake in the face of international pressure, China should, bination with existing situation ofour country economy and domestic financial situation, and steadily promote the reform of RMB exchange rate and China's currency, prompted the transformation ofour industrial structure and economic needs, maintain healthy and stable development of China's economy.
