摘 要
现代企业中，使用压缩气体的机器愈来愈多，例如：石油、化工、冶金、轻工、纺织、及采矿等，许多工业中无不广泛使用各种各类的气体压缩机。因此，气体压缩机是近代工业生产中不可缺少的通用机器。结合所学过的中、小型压缩机，了解其基本结构及其工作原理，重点掌握其结构设计，学会所含零部件的结构设计方法及其强度校核方法，在设计过程中，理论联系实际，最终了解设计一个机械设备的基本思路和方法。
Z型活塞式级差压缩机主要应用于船舶中气体压缩，虽然其结构有别于其他压缩机，但它们的原理相似。因此可以根据已知的压缩机类型，通过互相比较，进而进行设计。
整个设计过程包括总体结构设计、热力学的计算、初定相关零部件的结构尺寸，然后借助AUTOCAD等绘图软件绘图，选定轴承等标准件，应用强度理论对其进行必要的强度校核以满足实际的需要，最后确定压缩机的辅助设备。

Abstract
The modern enterprise, using compressed gas machines is more and more, for example: petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, light industry, textile, and mining, and so on, many industries are widely used in all kinds of gas compressor. Therefore, gas compressor is a modern industrial production in general machinery. Combined with the small and medium-sized compressors, understand the basic structure and how it works, focus its structure design, learn the parts of the structure design and its strength verification method, in the design process, the combination of theory with practice, and ultimately learn to design a basic idea of mechanical equipment and methods.
Z type differential compressor is mainly used in shipbuilding, although its structure is different from other compressors, but they are similar. Therefore, based on the known compressor type, by comparison, which in turn make design.
The entire design process consists of the overall structural design, thermodynamic calculations, lays down the relevant parts of the structure of the dimension, and then with the AUTOCAD drawing, such as graphics software, and other selected bearing strength theory standard parts, applying them the necessary strength to meet actual needs, and finally determine compressor.
