复方碘液是由碘，碘化钾，蒸馏水组成的复方制剂， 主要可调节甲状腺机能，用于缺碘引起的疾病， 如甲状腺肿、 甲亢等辅助治疗， 本文就该复方制剂的制备报告如下。
仪器与材料
仪器：烧杯，量筒，普通天平，玻璃棒等。
材料：碘，碘化钾，蒸馏水等。
处方及制备
处方 碘 ，碘化钾 ，蒸馏水加至 25ml

2．2 制法 取碘化钾置容器内， 加蒸馏水 5ml，搅拌使溶解， 再将碘加入溶解，加蒸馏水至全量，混匀，即得。

外观 溶液型液体制剂的外观应均匀、透明，无可见微粒、纤维等异物。
复方碘液溶液应为深棕色的澄明液体，有碘臭。
鉴别与含量测定 按《中国药典》或有关制剂手册各制剂项下检查方法检查，应符合规定。
