摘要

小学科学是以培养科学素养为宗旨的科学启蒙课程。科学课程的评价应能促
进科学素养的形成和发展。但在实际的教学过程中,长期以来被当作“副课”的
小学“科学”的课堂教学评价却缺乏可依据的评价标准和体系。
深入课堂进行实际观察是了解小学科学课堂教学评价的直接途径。在小学科
学课堂教学过程中,教师对学生的评价受传统评价方法的影响,评价侧重于语言
——言语智能、身体运动智能和逻辑——数学智能。学生的自评和互评以及教师
的自评和互评都没有受到足够的重视。通过对比全国部分省市的小学科学课堂教
学评价表发现,不论是评价指标、评价要点还是评价方式(打分或等级),各省
市都有所不同,但大多数存在同一倾向——管理,而很少考虑学生因素。多数老
师对现行的课堂教学评价方案不满意,绝大部分的教研员和特级教师都不是用学
校提供的课堂评价表进行评课。
评价的目的是为了教师和学生的共同发展。目前实行的评价方案,即使可以
判断课堂教学是“好”还是“不好”,也是与评价的目的相背离的,因为它不能
促进发展。这与评价方案的制定者有很大的关系,多数学校的课堂评价方案是学
校教务管理部门负责制订的,而缺乏教师和学生的参与。
促进师生共同发展的课堂教学评价体系必须围绕“教”和“学”这两个主题
来建构,整个评价体系应当对“教学反思”予以非常关注,同时要有“评价建议”。
这样,“教”和“学”两大主体通过内部反思并结合外部建议,从而有效促进师
生共同发展。

Abstract
The science of elementary school is an enlightening science curriculum which aims at
cultivating scientific making, and the assessment for the curriculum of science should
promote forming and developing scientific making. However the assessment research
on teaching in science classroom of elementary school is short of available criterion
and system in practical teaching process.
Deep and actual observation is the direct pathway to understand the assessment
research on teaching in science classroom of elementary school. In the process of
teaching in science classroom of elementary school, teacher’s appraisement with
students has always been affected by traditional method of assessment, such as
assessment emphasizes particularly on Verbal-linguistic intelligence,
Bodily-kinesthetic intelligence and Logical-mathematical intelligence. Both
self-appraisement and mutual-appraisement in students and teachers are not
emphasized enough. To contrast the table of assessment research on teaching in
science classroom of elementary school, we find either the appraising index, outline
