合肥工业大学硕士学位论文区域经济发展中新兴地区的主导产业选择研究--以安徽省江北产业集中区为例姓名:梁魏申请学位级别:硕士专业:管理科学与工程;信息管理与信息系统指导教师:马溪骏 201204 区域经济发展中新兴地区的主导产业选择研究一一以安徽省江北产业集中区为例摘要主导产业是在区域经济中起主导作用的产业。区域主导产业标志着一个区域的产业优势所在,代表着区域产业的发展方向。主导产业的形成和发展构成国民经济发展的强大推动力。正确选择主导产业对于区域经济发展具有重要的意义。因此,新兴地区在区域经济发展之初,能否正确选择适合其发展的主导产业成为决定新兴地区能否快速发展的重要决定因素。论文在分析了大量的主导产业选择理论的基础上,提出了以符合国际国内产业转移趋势、符合国家产业布局要求、符合国家重大战略产业发展需要、以及结合新兴地区自身发展优势等因素作为新兴地区发展初期的主导产业选择原则。并以此选择原则为准则,从发展性、带动性、适应性、竞争性、难易性、环保性、风险性等七大选择因素方面,运用层次分析法构建了新兴地区主导产业选择指标体系模型。最后,论文以安徽省江北产业集中区为例,运用新兴地区主导产业选择指标体系模型进行了安徽省江北产业集中区的主导产业选择分析,确定了安徽省江北产业集中区发展前十年应发展的主导产业:先进装备制造产业、高新技术产业、新型化工产业、现代轻纺产业和现代服务业,并为其前十年的产业发展提出了初始形成期、大力发展期、高速发展期的三步走发展对策及建议。关键词:主导产业;新兴地区;层次分析法;区域经济;指标体系 Selection ofthe Leading Industries ofEmerging Regions of theRegional Economic DeVelopment ?一An example oftheJiangBei Industrial Clusters ofAnhui ABSTRACT The 1eading industry istheindustry which plays aleading role inthe regional regional leading industry marks theindustrial adVantages of aregion, and represents thedirection ofdeVelopment oftheregional formation and deVelopment of leading industries constitute a driVing force for national economic development.
