青岛理工大学本科毕业设计(论文)说明书 I 摘要凿岩机械是采掘、建筑、工程建设等领域应用广泛的的工程机械。尽管世界凿岩机, 尤其是凿岩机技术有很大发展,但在我国其主导产品几十年来没有大的变化。我国大量的中小矿山及一般工程施工中仍普遍使用能耗高、破岩效率低、易损零件多、寿命低、噪声高、环境污染严重的支腿式气动凿岩机。研制开发轻型独立回转液压凿岩机就是在这样的背景下提出的。用轻型独立回转凿岩机替代传统的气动凿岩机能明显提高凿岩作业效率、显著降低耗能、减少噪声污染和空气污染,迅速提高我们凿岩和工程施工的装备技术水平。本文在综合分析各类液压凿岩机冲击工作原理和轻型液压凿岩机各种结构的基础上,提出了轻型独立回转液压凿岩机的构型,对其主要部件进行了设计和研究。在设计中,本文重点的是设计液压凿岩机的液压系统,其包括:配流阀系统的设计; 蓄能器的设计;活塞防空打装置的设计;液压冲击机构液压控制原理图。针对所设计的液压凿岩机,利用计算机辅助设计软件画出其装配图和部分典型零件图,然后对其进行分析研究,了解其结构原理,对本次设计的成果进一步巩固加深,达到设计的最终目的。关键词: 凿岩机;设计;轻型;独立回转;研究;冲击机构全套图纸,加 153893706 青岛理工大学本科毕业设计(论文)说明书 II Abstract Rock drill equipements are widely used in excavation, construction and other filed. In despite of the world Hydraulic rock drills ,especially Hydraulic rock drill technology had great developed,in our country the main product of rock drill had little change during several our country ,many middle and small mine mon engineering work also use pneumatic rock drill,which has great energy waste ,lower efficiency rock drill,much easy damange part,shorter life,high yawp,great this backdrop develop new light independency circumgrate rock drill has been put light independency circumgrate rock drill which replaces the pneumatic rock drill can obviously advanced the rock drill efficiency,reduce energy waste,reduce yawp and air pollution,rapidly develop rock drill and work equipment technology level. In this study, analyse a lot of hydraulic rock drills ,and raise light independence circumgyrate hydraulic rock drill type,and design mostly parts.
