　　[摘要] 目的 探究妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）患者行胰岛素泵治疗对其妊娠结局和血糖水平的影响。 方法 择取2018年7月—2019年10月期间该院收治的86例GDM患者参与研究，根据数字表法进行随机分组，包括对照组43例和观察组43例。对照组患者采用胰岛素多次皮下注射治疗，观察组患者采用胰岛素泵持续皮下注射治疗，比较两组患者胰岛素给药剂量、治疗前后血糖水平以及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果 观察组患者胰岛素给药剂量低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<）;治疗前两组患者血糖水平差异无统计学意义（P>），治疗后观察组患者血糖水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<）;观察组患者不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<）。结论 GDM患者行胰岛素泵治疗可有效维持良好的血糖水平，降低不良妊娠结局发生率，对患者的康复有积极影响。

　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of insulin pump therapy on pregnancy outcome and blood glucose level in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）. Methods 86 patients with GDM admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to October 2019 were selected to participate in the study. Randomly divided according to the digital table method， including 43 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with multiple subcutaneous injections of insulin， and the patients in the observation group were treated with continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pumps. The insulin dosage， blood glucose levels before and after treatment， and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The dose of insulin in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<）; the blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients before treatment were statistically insignificant （P>）， and the observation group after treatment of the blood glucose level of the patients was lower than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<）; the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was
