太原工业学院毕业论文 I 毕业论文热塑性淀粉基纳米复合材料的制备及其性能研究摘要: 淀粉是一种十分重要的天然高分子,具有来源广泛、价格低廉和可生物降解等优点,是制备生物可降解材料的理想原料。天然淀粉以淀粉粒的形式存在, 具有很高的结晶度(20-45 %)。淀粉分子之间氢键作用强,限制了分子链的运动,因此淀粉不具备热塑性加工的性能。通过添加分子的增塑剂,在热和剪切的作用下可制备热塑性淀粉材料。但是,热塑性淀粉的力学性能和耐油性能较差,限制其作为材料使用。目前,大量的研究工作都集中在改善热塑性淀粉的力学性能上,本文使用转矩流变仪,在增塑剂的存在下制备了热塑性淀粉。淀粉的塑化是热、剪切和增塑剂共同作用的结果,不能简单的考虑其中一种因素的作用。以水和甘油为增塑剂制备的热塑性淀粉,再与聚乳酸共混,对热塑性淀粉进行改性,并对其进行力学性能测试及其表征。本文的研究目的为热塑性淀粉基纳米复合材料制备及其性能研究,为制各综合性能优异的生物降解材料提供了理论和实践基础。关键词:热塑性淀粉,塑化,聚乳酸, 共混,,复合材料 Thermoplastic starch-based posites and their structure and properties Abstract: Starch isa very important natural polymer, has a wide variety of sources, low cost and biodegradable advantages, is the ideal raw material preparation of biodegradable materials.
