*1. against 用法:
against prep. “与-----对抗;反对,相反,逆着,靠着,倚着”;可与行为动词或连系动词连用。
例:1. Which team will you play against? We won our match against the team.
2. They marched forward against the strong wind. Who is against the proposal (提议)?
He stood against the wall. The crazy man hit his head against the wall.
2. what 的用法
针对score, mark, population, temperature, age等提问时,英语常用what来作为疑问词,而不用
how many或how much。
What was the score? What’s the population of China? What’s your temperature?
3. defeat (beat) , win 与lose , lose to
defeat/beat vt. 宾语一般为比赛或战斗的对手(个人或团体)
We beat / defeated them in the game. The French team was beaten / defeated in the first round.
win vi.&vt. 宾语一般为比赛、战争、荣誉或奖品等。
Did they win? (vi.) The Chinese won the anti-Japanese in 1945. (vt.) (用主动式)
lose vt. 宾语一般为比赛、战争、荣誉或奖品等
How did you lose the game?
lose to vi. 宾语一般为比赛或战斗的对手(个人或团体)
