中文摘要 1世纪日益复杂的生活对提出更高的要求,为未来社会培养尤︺、创造型人才是教育者的重要职儿童时期是创造力发展的关键时期小学教师必须采取措施以提高儿童的创造力。如果教师对有关学生创造力培养的问题认识不清,就会在教育活动中出现许多问题。要想提高教师的认识必须先了解他们的认识现状。本研究采用内容分析法,对100 篇小学教师的论文做了定里和定性分析,试图了解教师是如何认识创造力培养的有关问题的,在分析教师认识现状的基础上,为创造教育的师资培训提供一些建议。,阐述了研究的目的、意义和国状。第二部分为研究的方法与步骤。这一部分包括;1、、确定内容分析的类目及认识维度。3、对样本做量化处理。第三部分::1、在创造力的构成要素中,教师对创造性思维和兴趣更为重视,想对忽视其它的认知因素和人格因素。 2、就创造力培养的教学方法这一认识维度而言,各科教师所运用的教学方法具有学科特色;他们注重从满足学生创造力发展需要出发来选择教学方法。但不少教师不理解创造性问题解决的过程,从而影响了教学方法的实施效果。另外,大多数的教学方法适用于课堂教学,用于社会实践活动的教学方法较少。3、从创造力培养的环境条件来看,教师重视教学心理环境的创设,忽视其它一些影响学生创造力发展的重要环境因素, 如生生关系、教学物理环境、家庭环境和社会环境因素。第四部分;:针对教师认识的现状和存在的问题,提出如下对策:1、教师要学****创造力的理论,辨清创造力的构成要素,把握创造力的构成要素与创造力的关系。2、教师要全方位认识创造,,,.。,,,,。all,_一,_云dffi ki)偏石,一丫幕二一关。词:刁4f儡造j7:1 }}J造力培石容分析 Abstract With the complexities of life in the 21" century already placing greater demands on the next generation,it is clear that developing creative persons for the future is the primer responsibility of educators.
