摘要群众体育是当今世界各国体育工作的重点之一本文运用问卷调查
法专家访谈法对参加北京市足协组织的成人业余足球竞赛的运动员北
京市足协组织管理者的调查访谈结合群众体育学体育社会学体育经
济学体育管理学等相关理论对北京市成人业余足球竞赛的参赛运动员的
个人基本情况参赛现状参赛动机影响因素及北京市足协在组织竞赛
中的现状进行了深入细致地分析从中发现存在的问题并提出的可行性
建议为北京市足协在组织管理成人业余足球竞赛时提供参考本文的结
论如下
1 北京市足协在足球改革后及时地对业余竞赛作了较好的调整但在竞赛
的组织上还存在组织竞赛次数少部分竞赛每年缺少连贯性和存在一定的
随机性对业余足球竞赛的管理上足协还缺乏实施有效的硬性措施来规
范成人业余足球竞赛市场
2 研究表明影响北京市足协组织管理成人业余竞赛的主要原因是缺乏组
织人手资金不足以及在比赛中出现的各种违纪行为
3 参赛运动员主要以青年人高学历中高以上收入的人群为主参与运
动员的职业分布以三资企业员工教科文卫员工公务员个体劳动者为
多
4 参赛运动员的主要组队形式是自由组队运动员参与竞赛在次数形式
与自己的期望还有一定的差距运动员普遍希望有更多适合自己参与的业
余竞赛供选择运动员在参赛上的经济承受力也还有较大的空间
5 影响运动员参与业余竞赛的主要因素是业余竞赛的组织管理力度业余
竞赛的氛围缺乏牵头的组织者运动员期待市足协在竞赛中发挥更大的
作用

Abstract: Mass sport is one of the important points sports workers all over
the world focus on. In this thesis questionnaire method, inquiring experts
method are used to investigate and inquire the amateur adult football athletes
in Beijing area and anizers in Beijing er Association, combining
the relevant thesis on mass sport, sports sociology, sports economics and
sports management science to deeply and deliberately analyze the factors
influencing the participators’ personal basics, present situation, the motive
of taking part in match and the status quo of Beijing er Association’s
organizing the matches. Trying to find out the problems that exist, and put
forward feasible suggestion for Beijing er Association when they are
organizing the amateur adult football games. The conclusion this article
comes to as follows:
er Association has adjusted the amateur matches timely
since the football reform, but the low frequency of anization leads to
random character and discontinuity of some matches, and no effective and
powerful measure is carried out normal
