专业资料参考首选改性苯丙乳液的研制与应用系名: 材料系专业: 金属材料工程班级: 03406022 学号: 0340602202 姓名: 刘翻霞指导教师: 郭文录材料科学与工程学院 2007 年 06月 18日专业资料参考首选摘要本文采用反应性乳化剂和湿附着单体对原苯丙乳液进行双重改性, 通过预乳化和种子聚合, 开发了改性苯丙乳液, 其耐水性、耐擦洗性较原有苯丙乳液有明显提高, 并具有突出的钙离子稳定性。介绍了改性苯丙乳液的制备方法, 通过多次实验, 研制出最佳配方,并对其作 Ca 2+ 稳定性、耐洗刷性、耐水性等多项性能测试,其各项性能均符合技术要求,且对影响乳液性能的因素如反应性乳化剂、湿附着单体、引发剂、乳化剂等作讨论, 分析出其最佳用量。选用该改性苯丙乳液, 平衡其用量, 可显著降低乳胶漆成本,提高质量。关键词: 改性苯丙乳液; 湿附着单体;反应性乳化剂;最佳配方;性能测试专业资料参考首选 Abstract This paper introduces modification of styrene-acrylic acids copolymer emulsion by reactive emulsifier and wet-adhesive monomer. It develop the modified styrene-acrylic aids copolymer emulsion whose endure water quality and endure scrub quality are better , moreover, whose Ca 2+ stability is absolute. The development of modified styrene-acrylic acids copolymer emulsion is introduced by many times experiments, the best formula is made out . The behavior of the styrene-acrylic emulsion were tested, such as Ca 2+ stability , endure water quality, endure scrub quality and so on .All of the behavior are past. W hat ’s more, it discusses the effecting on the behavior of emulsion.
