中南大学硕士学位论文基于XBRL的网络财务报告研究姓名:蔡苗申请学位级别:硕士专业:会计学指导教师:韩庆兰 20081101 摘要信息技术尤其是网络技术的发展为网络财务报告的产生提供了物质基础,同时,人们也急需一种新的财务报告模式的出现,这种财务报告模式能够为日益全球化的经济决策提供更为及时、全面、便捷的财务信息,而网络财务报告正好具有这些优点。各国企业都纷纷建立自己的网站并在其网站上披露财务信息,但无论是信息发布者、监管者还是信息需求者都没有最大限度地享受到电子与网络技术带来的便捷。现行网络财务报告不过是印刷版本的翻版而己(以PDF或HTML 格式予以公布),并没有涉及到利用信息技术对财务报告手段的改革。本文分析了网络财务报告的目标和质量特征以及现行网络财务报告所呈现的弊端,论述了以XML(eXtensibte Markup Language, 可扩展标记语言)为技术基础、一种迈向财务报告的国际通用语言~ 一XBRL(eXtensible Business Reporting Language,可扩展商业报告语言,简称XBRL),它不仅能很好地解决目前网络财务报表存在的技术局限性、真实性受到质疑、安全性无法保障等问题,而且能够以灵活的方式,满足信息使用者的个性化需求。在此基础上,本文阐述了现有各种网络财务报告模式之间的关联和区别,剖析信息技术对财务报告模式改进的各方面影响,比较在网络环境下各种财务报告模式的优劣,从技术层面研究财务报告模式变革的有效途径——)(BRL。通过对网络财务报告相关技术的介绍,分析其运行机理,借鉴事项会计的思想,通过XBRL对网络财务报告进行全方位的数据转换和设计(包括事件层、账户层、报告层),将现有企业内部的系统资源进行优化整合,并且通过富士通开发的XWAND BIZ软件验证了数据转换的可行性,最后通过华菱钢铁的实例对XBRL 的优越性进行了进一步阐述和分析。关键词XBRL,网络财务报告,模式设计 ABSTRACT The development ofinformation technology(work technology)has provided thematerialbase work financial reports’ thesame time,the people also areurgentlylooking fortheappearance of anew financialreportmodel,which callprovide more prehensive,and convenient financialinformation for theeconomical decision- various countries’enterprise all set their own websites and disclosed the financial information on也e eithertheinformation promulgator,or thesupervise and the demander hasbeenlimited toenjoy theconvenience which isbrought by electronicsand work financialreport isthe printed editionreprint(announces by PDF ortheHTML form),which has notinvolved tothe use ofIT toreform financial report method.
