　　摘 要： 从建筑节能、制冷设备节能、，主要阐述了隔热材料和厚度的选择、围护结构的防潮和隔汽、安装PVC门帘等节能措施；制冷设备节能主要从压缩机、冷凝器以及蒸发器的选择等方面进行论述；运行节能包括运用蓄冷技术“移峰填谷”，适当提高蒸发温度和降低冷凝温度，以及严格设置通风换气时间；管理节能从设置蒸发器除霜、冷凝器管壁上水垢清理周期、.

　　Abstract： The energysaving technology and measures for freezer of the building，the refrigeration equipment，the operation，and the management were introduced in this building energysaving technologies include the selection and thickness of thermal insulation material，the moisture and vapor proof of building envelope，and the installation of the PVC door equipment energysaving mainly focuses on the selection of compressor
，condenser，and contents of the operation energysaving are the “peak load shifting” technology by means of cool storage，the appropriate increasing of evaporating temperature and the reduction of condensing temperature，and the precise setting ventilation management energysaving consists of the set up of the evaporator defrosting，the clearing period of the incrustation on condenser tube，the emission of oil and noncondensable gas at regular ，the refrigerant selection of the freezer and the irreplaceable energysaving potential of the mini freezer in the development of national conditions and agricultural products are discussed.

　　冷库是对易腐烂食品进行加工和贮藏的设施，最早出现在美国和澳大利亚[1].经过一个多世纪的发展，，，全世界冷库总容量超过5 100万t[1]，其中日本是亚洲最大的速冻产品生产国，-20℃以下的低温库占冷库总数的80%，日本已有冷库
3 431座，冷库容积3 302万m3[2].截至2012年，美国拥有2 200万t的冷库容量，我国也拥有900万t的冷库容量[2].%以上[3].表1给出了国内外冷库能耗对比情况[4].
　　从表1可看出，我国冷藏企业总体能耗较大，全国平均水平远远高于国外平均水平，，英国的两倍多[4].即使是冷藏行业发达的上海，与国外同行的差别也是非常大的.
