[ Method ] Working fluid direct inoculation method was carried out for experimental ob- servation. [Result] Benzalkonium bromide had no germicidal effect on Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,but it had a efficacious effect on us aureus. For us aureus,the concentrations of benzalkonium bromide should be more than 0. 10% and it was used for more than 10 minutes plete germicidal efficacy. [ Conclusion] Benzalkonium bromide concentrations that was more than 0. 10% could be used for the disinfection of us aureus.
