摘要: 随着生命科学的的不断发展,不仅促进了人类的文明和进步,同时也改变了社会的进程与面貌。人工生育的出现,不但在医学领域上引起一场革命,而且在现有的道德伦理观念、婚姻家庭关系、传统的法律制度上也产生了颠覆性的影响。人工生育技术作为现代科技的一种,在推动社会进步的同时,也带来了许多负面的影响, 本文将从三个方面进行论述: 第一部分是人工生育的基本概念,第二部分是人工生育对婚姻家庭和法律产生的问题, 而第三部分是对产生的问题提出解决的对策. 关键词: 人工生育婚姻家庭关系生育权知情权与隐私权 Abstract: With the continuous development of life sciences, which not only promoted the human civilization and progress, but also changed the process and features of society.
