..页眉.. 页脚. 混凝土抗压强度的多重影响因素试验研究罗季英田冠飞( 321000 100013 ) 摘要: 运用正交设计法对于影响普通混凝土立方体抗压强度的水胶比、单方胶凝材料用量、粉煤灰掺合量以及养护方式等四种控制因素进行了试验研究,采用极差分析和方差分析方法定量分析了这四种主要控制因子对混凝土立方体抗压强度的影响程度。利用配对样本 T 检验法比较了混凝土配合比中砂率的改变、工作度变化以及养护方式之间的差异对混凝土立方体抗压强度是否存在显著性影响。最后根据测量数据进行多元线性回归拟合,并试验验证了预测模型。关键词: 混凝土抗压强度;正交设计;水胶比;单方胶凝材料用量;养护方式中图分类号: 文献标识码: A Experimental Study of Multi-factor on pression Strength Luo Jiying T ian Guanfei (1. T hese four governing factors are quantitatively analyzed using range analysis and variance analysis methods. W ith paired-samples T test method, fluctuation of sand ratio and addition of superplaticizer in concrete mixing and variance of curing modes pared to test that if these three kinds of variances exists significant influence on concrete cubic strength respectively. At last, multi-variant linear regression is performed according to experiment results and relevant validations are carried out.
