#论著#文章编号:100928291(2010)042303203保列治治疗良性前列腺增生疗效观察井汉国(泰山医学院附属聊城市第二人民医院泌尿外科,山东临清252600)EfficacyofFinasterideintreatingbenignprostatichyperplasiaJINGHan2guo(DepartmentofUrology,LiaochengSecondPeoplepsHospitalAffiliatedtoTaishanMedicalUniversity,Linqing,252600,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToresearchonthereasonableprogramofbenignprostatichyperplasia(BPH)(Finasteride).30PatientsinthefirstcontrolgroupweretreatedwithA2adrenoceptorblockingdrugs(Harnal).,themaximalurinaryflowrateandthechangesofprostatevolumewereanalyzedrespectivelyafter3months,(P<0105).Therewerenosignificantdifferenceinthegradesofsymptomandthemaximalurinaryflowratebetweenthetwocontrolgroupsandtheexperimentalgroupafter6monthsptreatment(P>0105),whilethereductioninprostatevolumeoftheexperimentalgroupweregreaterthanthoseofthefirstcontrolgroup(P<0105).Thereweresignificantdifferencesinthegradesofsymptom,themaximalurinaryflowrateandtheprostatevolumebetweentheexperimentalgroupandthefirstcontrolgroup(P<0105),butnosignificantdifferencesbetweentheexperimen
