提要
目的：使用中药膏外敷在治疗闭合性骨折愈合过程中对骨折部位快速正骨复位并速生骨痂的治疗。方法：通过X光射线，CT，组织学，生化血液分析测定，对29例闭合性骨折患者统计学处理。结果：使用中药膏5至10小时后，根据X光射线，CT片所见，骨折处灰度，有新生骨痂，说明成骨细胞成骨能力增强；血液流变测定，血粘度、红细胞压积等均降低，说明本药膏有活血化瘀的功效。活血化瘀可减少炎症渗出，促进局部血液循环快速恢复，改善骨质的血供，为骨折处骨愈合提供营养并创造良好的环境。结论：本中药膏外敷在闭合性骨折的使用，能改善局部血液循环，正骨复位速生骨痂，加速骨折的愈合。

Abstrac

Conclusion: This ointment topical in the use of closed fracture, can improve local blood circulation, bonesetting reduction fast-growing callus, accelerate fracture healing.

骨折愈合是骨折断端之间再连接的自然修复过程。依据骨折是否和外界相通可分为二类: 一、开放性骨折：骨折附近的皮肤和粘膜破裂，骨折处与外界相通；耻骨骨折引起的膀胱或尿道破裂，尾骨骨折引起的直肠破裂，均为开放性骨折。因与外界相通，此类骨折处受到污染。二、闭合性骨折：骨折处皮肤或粘膜完整，不与外界相通。此类骨折没有污染。骨折愈合是一个极其复杂的生物学修复过程，受诸多因
