I 矿井提升机可靠盘式制动器设计摘要: 制动系统是矿井提升机重要的安全系统,制动器则是制动系统的执行机构,其性能好坏直接影响提升机的安全。盘式制动器具有热稳定性好、反应灵敏等优势,但是盘式制动器本身也存在一些问题。本文主要介绍的是矿井提升机盘式制动器的设计,表明了提升机制动器的研究现状以及现状。在本次设计中, 首先完成了液压部分的计算:其中包括液压系统原理图的设计,调试液压系统后, 根据给定的基本参数做出液压泵、电动机、联轴器、蓄能器、过滤器、管道的计算并选择出合适的液压零件。之后完成了盘式制动器的设计与计算:通过计算确定动力矩,然后计算制动器的额定正压力,最后是碟形弹簧的计算。关键词:矿井提升、盘式制动、研究状况、原理图、液压泵、电动机、额定正压力 II Design of Disc Brake for Mine Hoist Abstract :Braking system isanimportant safety system ofmine hoist , Brake isthe actuator ofthe braking performance directly affects the safety ofhoisting brake has the advantages of good thermal stability, sensitivity and soon,but there are some problems inthe disc brake paper mainly introduces the design ofthe disc brake ofmine shows the research status and the status quo ofthe actuator ofthe lifting this design,pleted the calculation ofthe hydraulic parts: including the design ofthe hydraulic system the design ofthe hydraulic system schematic the hydraulic system,according to the given basic parameters tomake the hydraulic pump, motor, coupling, accumulator, filter, pipe calculation and select the appropriate hydraulic pletion ofthe disc brake design and calculation,determine the dynamic torque bycalculation then calculate the rated positive pressure ofthe last isthe calculation of the disc spring.
