北京交通大学硕士学位论文综合客运枢纽客流组织模式分析姓名:王萌申请学位级别:硕士专业:运输与物流指导教师:季常煦 201106 jE 宝銮道盔堂亟±堂焦 i金塞虫塞揸墨中文摘要摘要:综合客运枢纽是综合交通网络中各种交通方式的衔接点,也是大量客流的集散地,客流组织是影响整个枢纽客流集散效率的关键因素。对客流组织模式分析,就是以枢纽的集散客流量和客流需求为基础,对乘客从进站至出站的全过程进行分析,分析在整个过程中各个运行环节的衔接设施、服务设施、以及工作人员的组织管理等情况,找出枢纽客流组织中存在的有待进一步完善的因素并改善,从而提高枢纽的集散性能及内部设施利用率,满足乘客在枢纽内运行时的安全、方便、快捷、舒适等要求。本文在对枢纽内部环境和影响客流组织的因素进行分析的基础上,首先从旅客流线组织、衔接设施和服务设施设置以及工作人员的组织管理工作四个方面对进行客流组织时的具体工作和方法进行了分析;随后,、进站检票区一站台、、,对各个环节中的衔接设施设置、服务设施设置以及工作人员的组织管理工作进行了具体的分析。区别于以往以管理者作为主导确定枢纽内各项服务, 本论文以对大量乘客需求情况进行调查的统计结果为基础,将乘客需求和枢纽提供服务进行量化,建立两者之间的匹配模型,提出了相关组织要素的量化指标, 使枢纽内各类设施的配置和旅客流线的设置更加符合人性化理念,为改善综合客运枢纽客流组织水平提供了客观依据。最后,以西直门综合客运枢纽为例, 了分析并提出了相应的改进措施。关键词:综合客运枢纽;客流需求; 分类号:U115 对现役综合客运枢纽客流组织模式进行组织模式;量化标准;评价 ABSTRACT prehensive passenger hub isthepoint ofdifferent transport modes work,also alarge number ofpassenger flows inthe distributioncenter,and passenger-anization is one of thekey factorsthat influence the distributionefficiency of the thepassenger-anization is aseriesofstudy about how thehub can beup to ahigher utilization rate anization effectinthe bestconditionandhow plish ofhumanity,establish passenger-anization model which areefficient,fast andsecure,is aNecessary Requisition ofImproving theLevelof serves andefficiency ofthehub.
