【摘要】目的研究高血压脑出血围手术期的护理要点与 方法。方法总结分析我院48例高血压脑出血患者在围手术 期的护理问题与措施。结果48例患者除4理自动出院，其余 均为临床治愈出院。结论 高血压脑出血围手术期护理除加 强术前护理和术后病情观察之外，还需积极预防并发症的发 生和早期功能的锻炼。及时有效的围术期护理是手术成功的 关键因素，是患者康复的强有力保障。

[Abstract] Objective Study hypertension cerebral hemorrhage surrounds the nursing essential and method that operation expects. Method Summary analysis of our patients with hypertension in 48 patients perioperative care problems and measures. Result 48 example patients leave hospital except that 4 reason automations leaving hospital , the others is cured clinically equally equally. Conclusion Besides the state of illness nursing the sum skill queen before hypertension cerebral hemorrhage nurses phase except reinforcing a skill around operation is observed, occurrence and functional taking exercise of early phase needing taking precautions against complication actively. That the timely effective expects a nursing around skill is successful key factor of operation , is that recovered forceful of patient ensures.
