大学生网络成瘾的影响因素的分析研究.pdf

摘要网络成瘾( addiction disorder,简称IAD),又称为“病理性网络使用”(pathological Hse简称PIU),是国外近年来心理学研究的热点问题之一。本文采用问卷调查法和个案访谈的方式,以310名大学生为研究对象,探讨神经质、应对方式、社会支持、飓络社会支持等反映人格、自我调节和社会资源的心理变量对大学生网络成瘾的预测作用,以揭示网络成瘾的主要影响因素,从而为采取积极有效的措施预防网络过度使用带来的消极影响提供思路。本研究主要得出以下的结论: 1)网络成瘾与神经质人格呈显著相关,且网络成瘾与非成瘾大学生在神经质人格上存在显著差异。 2)网络成瘾与应对方式呈显著相关,网络成瘾与非成瘾大学生在消极应对、特质应对方式总分上存在显著差异,而在积极应对方式上无显著差异。 3)网络成瘾与社会支持呈显著相关,网络成瘾与非成瘾大学生在社会支持上存在显著差异。 4)网络成瘾与网络社会支持利用呈显著相关,网络成瘾与非成瘾大学生在网络支持利用度上存在显著差异,客观支持、主观支持以及社会支持总分上无显著差异。 5)消极应对、积极应对、网络主观支持、主观支持和神经质人格对网络成瘾有一定预测作用。最后,在总结研究结论的基础上,针对大学生网络成瘾的特点和影响因素提出了几点预防建议。关键词:大学生网络成瘾神经质人格应对方式社会支持网络社会支持 Abstract In∞ecent years,Internct Addiction Disorder(tAD).alSO known as Pathological InteractUse(PIu),has e one ofthemajor topics intheresearch ofpsychology in foreign using questionnaires and casestudies,selecting 310college students assubjects,this paper probed intotheforecasting fimctioos ofSOme psychological variableswhich reflectself-adjustments and socialresources,such asEPQ-N,coping styles, socialsupport and online support tothecollege studentsofIntemet addictiondisorder,in order tobring tolight those influential dimensions which resultinthecollege students’ inclination ofInteractaddictiondiSOrder,and toprovide with some ideas tohelp totake activeand effective measures toprevent也ose negative influences broughtby thecollege students’over-use .
