摘要
在 WTO 后过渡期结束之后，我国的粮食行业面临着外资粮食企业带来的巨
大冲击。为了保证国家粮食安全和粮食行业的健康发展，做大做强粮食供应链至
关重要。粮食供应链整合是增强粮食供应链竞争力的有效途径，而粮食供应链整
合，则必须在规模加工和消费者需求定制的协调上下功夫。
本文从延迟应用的视角研究粮食供应链整合的必要性、可行性与基本要求，
目标是解决粮食供应链面临的规模经济与定制的协调问题。本文在梳理国内外学
者关于供应链整合理论、延迟以及延迟与供应链整合互动文献的基础上，确立了
本研究的理论依据，然后对延迟在粮食供应链整合中应用做了一般分析，主要分
析粮食供应链整合必要性，延迟在粮食供应链整合中应用的必要性、可行性，确
立延迟在粮食供应链整合中应用的基本流程，最后对延迟在常州大米供应链整合
中的应用做了阐述与评价。笔者认为延迟能使粮食供应链整合在实现规模经济的
同时较好地满足客户的个性需求。
本文的主要研究结论是：（1）规模生产和消费定制给粮食供应链整合带来
了巨大挑战；（2）粮食产品的共性需求和个性需求将粮食供应链分为推式供应链
和拉式供应链,这同时是粮食产品的差异化点；（3）延迟有助于推动粮食供应链
整合，实现粮食产品规模加工和消费者个性化需求满足的双目标。

ABSTRACT
After WTO post-transition period, the food industry of our country is facing
tremendous impact that Foreign food enterprises bring on .In order to ensure state
food security and the sound development of food industry, it is highly important for
food supply to develop bigger and better. Food supply integration is an effective way
to strengthen the competiveness of food supply chain. Food supply chain must keep
harmony between the industrial scale and customization.
This paper is focused on food supply chain integration from the application
perspective of postponement theory and the goal is to solve the harmony problem
between economies of scale and customization. Based on related literatures about
supply chain integration theory ,postponement theory and the interactional research
between supply chain integration theory and postponement theory from home and
abroad，this article establishes the theory
